How shared and dedicated connection pooling works in Siebel cluster database?

in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC) Question

Our Siebel database is cluster database. If we will enable shared and dedicated connection pooling as recommended by Oracle (Refer to Doc ID 476830.1), what hill happen to our shared and dedicated database connection if one of our DB node fails ? During DB fail-over, will user database sessions be connected? or those will get disconnected?
