Can you use HTTP and HTTPS with OTM6.4.3 at same time

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

When I login to OTM6.4.3 using the HTTPS url and port (https://myserver:4444) after the login screen the mode switches to HTTP for the next screen url but the port remains on the HTTPS port (http://myserver.4444/GC3/glog.webserver.util.FrameGC3Servlet) so I get a page cannot be displayed error.  Is this due to OTM6.4.3 originally configured with HTTP for the webserver url setting in glog.properties?
