French Canadian accented characters represented as two bytes in Cobol Transcript and Enrollement ver

We are currently working on the migration of the Campus solution module from 9.0 to 9.2. We have some problems with French Canadian accented characters in the Transcript and in Enrollment Verification Request report. These characters are represented as two bytes.  We are still using Cobols programs for these treatments.Our character set is IISO_8859-15.

Do you have an idea to correct this situation?
