F4311 edit line or any Bsfn can perform cancel line action

Hi expertise,

we want to build a UBE program based on the inbound records to update the F4311 ,

There 2 actions will be perform "change the order line or cancel the order line".

Would you please advice what bsfn functions should be use and how it work.
