How to patch WLS on R12.2.4?

There are RUN and PATCH file systems :

/U0/appl_top/xxx/fs2/FMW_Home/utils/bsu

And

/U0/appl_top/xxx/fs1/FMW_Home/utils/bsu

Should we patch two times? Or ????
