EBTax - Enable specific tax rate based on specific expense category

Hi Wizards,

Is that possible to enable specific tax rate based on specific expense category.

Customer needs to enable a VAT tax for specific expense item category so, when select this category on PO, Purchasing system has to automatically update PO with specific rate.
