Intermec label printer loosing memory

hi all

we are using intermec label printers to print LPN at our warehouse.

we are encountering an issue everytime when the electricy goes and comes back the Label printer's memory will be lost and everytime we have to refresh the IPAddress.

is there a way that we can permanatly resolve the issue of the printer not loosing memory after power loss? as it is the only one that is giving us problems and the other one does not have the same problem as this one.

what i am not understanding is that all the printers are the same models and where bought at the same time but the other one when ever there is power loss it doesnt loose memory.
