Load Dates Process - The rom Date gets upated by the number of years you enter to run the process, w

We are running the Load Dates
process in PeopleSoft and had concerns about the From date also being updated
when the process is run.

It seems as the Load Dates
process updates the From and To dates by the number of Years entered when the
process is run.

I ran this in a test database
a few days ago for 2 Years, and noticed the From the date was updated from 1998
to 2018; our concern is whether or not we will lose the ability to transact
against data prior to 2018, if we run it for 2 years only.
