,Full Publish in Siebel IP18

Hi Team,

I have a query, Do we need to do a full publish after flattering of workspaces?

Because we ran the full publish during the upgrade (IP16 to IP18) after the IRM and before the upgphys as it will load runtime repository tables.

If i run the fullblish after the flattering WS, will it re-load vanilla data in run time repo tables? and all custom data will be overwritten?

Please advice?
