Hi Team,

We are performing Siebel IP 17 Migration installation  from ip16 for Application interface.Following error for 'sspicnea.exe' file.

Do we need this file for proper functioning of Siebel application

error as follows

Log file path:D:\sweapp\cfgtoollogs\oui

Log: installActions2020-01-07_10-04-15-AM.log

INFO: Exception occured during spawning :Cannot run program "D:\sweapp\siebsrvr\bin\sspicnea.exe": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified
