In IP 2019, what are best options available to clone existing Siebel environment to build new enviro

Good Day Experts,

We are planning to do a POC for another environment equivalent to pre-production and we will call it our performance environment. The new performance environment will have AS IS architecture matching with existing Preprod. The current version of application is 19.9 and we would like to go with backup and restore mechanism for the build purpose of new performance environment for AI,Gateway and Application servers where the host names will be different but we want to keep the enterprise name same as an enterprise is a logical name and nowhere gets defined within DNS.
