cc13c Import Update DB plugin 13.3.2.0.0

Hi

We are trying to Import Update DB plugin 13.3.2.0.0 using  "from your Workstation" option but it takes forever

After finishing uploading the file what we see is a pop up window with this message

"Import Update - In Progress

This operation cannot be cancelled. Closing the browser window may cause the process to fail."

Is there a way to check or track whether the import process is stuck ?

The files EMGC_OMS.log EMGC_OMS.trc, EMGC_ADMINSERVER.log and EMGC_ADMINSERVER.trc do not show any errors
