Signal 11 error in FSG report.

I have defined a report in which one heading have a more than 2000 account assignment lines in a heading of a row set. The reason for this is that client have a requirement to display income statement heads cost center wise. There is no possibility to use the Value set hierarchy and due to which I have to upload more than 2000 combination of Account and Cost Center.

When running the report, its going in error. Signal 11 is showing in Request Diagnostics.

Have anyone faced the similar issue and is there any workaround to define different combinations in accounts assignments in row sets?
