FDM 11.1.2.2.000 Target Account missing account

It's been a while that I have to work with FDM from FDMEE.

Oddly enough, one of the account is missing, even from "Browse for Target Value" selection.

I created 2 dummy new accounts in Essbase and deployed the EPMA application successfully.  I was able to see these 2 new accounts in the "Browse for Target Value" section.  However, the original missing account is still NOT there.  But it was clearly in the Outline.

I even tried to rename the account, 3213, to 3213A and then it worked.  Changed it back from 3213A and 3213 still not showing up.

In all honesty, it's been so long, I am a little rusty of FDM.  Any pointer?
