For Lift and Shift of E1 9.2 release, Oracle provides a utility to copy the on premise

Deployment server, path codes and the databases. How do we migrate the on premise enterprise server running on Windows to cloud? Is there any utility for that? In addition, if we have a on premise windows batch server can we do a lift and shift for that on OCI for Windows?
