Rent Increase Billing Terms associated to Main Billing Term
Hi @Vaishali -Oracle - If we end-date a Billing Term, does Rent Increase Terms associated with the term will not end-date automatically?
Here is a scenario -
Billing Term Start Date: 01-AUG-2002
Term End Date: 31-JUL-2101
Approved Rent Increase terms till 01-AUG-2019 and Authorized Billing for 2019.
Since agreement change between customer, User went into system and used edit option to End-date Term as 31-JUL-2020. However, all the associated Rent Increase Terms still remain as year 2101 instead of 2020. Here is the screen shot.
Do we need to end-date all associated RI terms manually? If so, I would like to understand if we have any work around as we end up having lot of manual work. Your inputs are appreciated, TIA.
