Contract Projects VS Indirect Projects

Greetings,

Need your Opinion.

So far we creating Indirect Projects for different OUs. Sometime an entity wants to start billing for the existing Projects which is not possible.

Keeping above in mind

Now I am going setup for a new Entity and may be they want to use Billing for the these Projects after two years and might be they will never use Billing.

"If I do setup for Contract Projects and not as Indirect Projects, will it make any difference? These Projects will be used as Indirect. Customer I will assign a dummy one. Am I missing some thing????"
