Is there standard reporting or SQL that would show HRSS transactions that included an ICD?

We are looking to streamline our current business process for awarding ICD. Currently some HR processors use the HRSS functionality to add the award and others are manually added in Payroll. Do you know of a way we can report on HR transactions that include ICD? Any help on finding what distinguishes these transactions from others in Oracle tables would help if no reporting currently exists.
