How to roll back Siebel IP 17 Migration Installation to Siebel IP 16 on windows platform

Hi Team,

We have done Migration installation from Siebel Ip 16.7 to Siebel IP 17 on Windows 16 platform due to some issues we need to rollback to again IP 16.

Could you please suggest the actual steps for the same.
