Flow Manufacturing Work Orderless Completion or FLow Schedule Completion in MSCA not creating assemb

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are trying to use LOT controlled assemblies with Flow Manufacturing and cannot get it to complete assemblies into Lot entered into MSCA form in Oracle 11i. Is there a specific setup to make Flow to create material into lots using flow manufacturing.
