Spreadsheet Upload no longer allows multiple cost rows / chartstrings in PUM 30

Hi -

We are on PS version 9.2 and recently moved from PUM 19 PT 8.54 to PUM 30 PT 8.57.

In PUM 19, we were able to create assets with multiple cost rows using the spreadsheet upload function. For example, one row for Asset ID RC1 with Fund F100, Department 14000 and one row with Fund F200, Department 14000:

Is this no longer supported or is this a bug?
