Using iSupplier Portal without using eBS Procurement

We have an external purchasing system (Oracle Retail) and therefore do not use eBS Procurement, but do use eBS for AP and GL. I understand it is a requirement to license and implement eBS Procurement to also license iSupplier Portal.

Licensing constraint aside, has anyone ever used iSupplier Portal with just the Payables functionality?

Is it possible to integrate iSupplier Portal with an external data source so suppliers can view PO and receipts data?
