Project status change

Hi,

Would you please let me know what updates are done on the PO(s) side for a grant project when project status is changed, let's say' from 'Approved' to 'Semi-closed"? Our "semi-closed' status prevent new transactions (new req/PO) but allow billing/AR to continue.This question is related to our inability to close PO(s) using Workbench for grant projects if the project-status is not in 'Approved' mode.
