"Please enter a valid Tax registration Number" when validating new Dutch numbers

Hello,

Starting from 01 01 2020 new dutch tax id numbers are issued.

For these number 11 test does no longer apply, but mod97 still does.

Nevertheless these numbers are not accepted when entered on suppliers.

The numbers are stored as described 875894.1 paragraph 2a in field "Tax Registration Number"

The message is "Please enter a valid Tax registration Number"

How can we amend the validation in order to make it work?
