How to change parallel_threads_per_cpu parameter ?

Hello,

I would like to change the value parallel_threads_per_cpu from 8 to 2.

Can you help me ? Can I make the modification without risk knowing that the following parameters are set:

parallel_max_servers                 integer     11618

parallel_min_servers                 integer     1280

cpu_count                            integer     80

Should I change before the parallel_min_servers parameter ?
