Cloud Control 12c - Stopped sending notifications

Hi,

We have a 12c Grid Control and we noticed that we have not been receiving any alerts for a few days now

We restarted the OMS and also the agent on the cloud control host but it did not help

Any other checks we can perform to see what could be wrong?
