Hi,

After applied 18.7 bundle patch on X5-2, the gid for $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle becomes “asmadmin” on node1.  On node2, group for $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle is “orainstall”

--------------------------on node1------------------------

-rwsr-s--x 1 oracle asmadmin 328673163 Dec 21 15:02 oracle

-rw------- 1 oracle asmadmin 328285450 Apr 28 2019 oracleO

--------------------------end------------------------------

---------------------------on node2------------------------------------

-rwsr-s--x 1 oracle oinstall 328673163 Dec 21 15:12 oracle

-rw------- 1 oracle asmadmin 328285450 Apr 28  2019 oracleO

------------------------------end--------------------------------------------

The group for all other files under $ORACLE_HOME/bin are orainstall.

On node1, Connect " /as sysdba" is showing connected but failing when performing any query. On the alert.log file, we found following errors:

------------------------alert.log-------------------------

ORA-27140: attach to post/wait facility failed

Howdy, Stranger!
