On the Translated Trial Balance Report (GLXXTB) , what is "Rate Adjustment" and how is it calculated

On the Trial Balance - Translation Report (GLXXTB) what is the column "Rate Adjustment" and how is it calculated?  If possible, I would like to put this calculation on a FSG report.
