Polling process stuck while store closing process

Hi All,

We are facing one issue randomly in our stores worldwide where while store closing process particularly get-polling-packages step is getting stuck for a long time and it is happening frequently in different stores.

Below is the pattern we are seeing when this issue happens:

  1. As part of the store closing process, Lead sends request to all no-lead register to start preparing the polling package.
  2. All non-lead registers got the request and prepared polling package and when asked by Lead send success response that polling package is ready.
  3. When get-polling-packages process is being called, Lead register (reg#1) starts downloading the package sequentially from reg#2 as below
