Washington Workers Compensation

Our Washington Workers Compensation is not processing correctly to the general ledger..  It is debiting our accrued payroll account instead of our workers compensation account.  Our consultant set this up when we moved from World to E1 in May and it appears to be correct, but obviously something is missing.  Can anyone assist with this?
