How to change pricing in Blanket Catalog

Does anyone know how we can have two lines in a catalog with the same item number but different prices? We uploaded items to an existing BPA and the items with the hold pricing we set a date to expire Feb 10, 2020. We then added new items, but since the items have the same item#, it overrides the pricing to reflect the new pricing.

We can't use retroactive pricing since we are using encumbrance account (as noted in an SR). I'm wondering what other communities are handling this or what their process is? Our environment is 12.2.6
