Siebel IP 2016 apply swse conf profile error

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

While applying SWSE configuration profile for IP 16 on windows env getting error '‘SEVERE: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space’'

Detailed error as follows,
