Lock-In Letter: 2020 W-4

Any updates on how we are to handle a Lock-In Letter if the employee has submitted the 2020 version of the W-4?   Now employees can go in on the 2020 W-4 and change the "Step 3" amounts and totally bypass an existing lock-in letter!
