Solidworks 2019 on 9.3.5/EC 3.5

We are currently on Agile 9.3.5.5; EC 3.5.0.6.17

We need to upgrade our solidworks to Solidworks 2019; we do not wish to upgrade to Agile 9.3.6 at this time

Can anyone verify that the upgrade steps for solidworks 2019 would be the following?

upgrade occurring on a test instance firs

Download and run the latest  version of  Averify (1.7.8 ?) resolve issues

Download and install RUP9 patch on 9.3.5.5

uninstall and install Autovue 21.0.2

Apply patch set 3.5.0.14 on EC. Can I go from 3.5.0.6 to 3.5.0.14 without any issues?
