Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unposted Items Report Shows Receipts are Part of Unposted Quick Cash Batch

We are unable to close AR period, show error "APP-AR-11319: You have unposted QuickCash receipts...."

On Unposted Items Report show information that is not posted to General Ledger:

On the right hand side of Unposted Items Report there is an asterisk next to the receipt lines. The asterisk means:

* This receipt is part of an unposted quick cash batch

But we have already deleted this (Unpost item) AR receipt # in AR. So we were unable to find it in AR Receipt or AR Receipt Analyzer....
