Unable to upload P6 xml file post-RUP12 patch

Have had the payroll manager report that he has been unable to upload a P6 file today - we applied the RUP 12 patch Wednesday evening and this is the first time it's been attempted since (we are on 12.1).  I did test outbound RTI (FPS, EPS) but not this on our dev environment.

Has anyone else seen this?

Payroll manager message:

Just a heads up – it would appear that after the patch, I am no longer able to upload  tax files with the same date

i.e.          Ran an upload on the 2nd

Ran again today from the 2nd – todays dates
