ORA-01882: timezone region not found when using dbsat discover

Hi,

Database: 11.20.4 (it is an EBS 12.2.4 env)

I'm trying to use dbsat tool in order to see if we can use this tool on our EBS envs.

I'm just giving a try. I've used with success collector and report mode and now i want to try the discover mode.

at first i had this error:

Error: Java version 1.8 or later is required.

so i installed a JRE 1.8 and set the JAVA_HOME

But now i have the following error when i run it:

./dbsat discover -c Discover/conf/sample_dbsat.config report
