Trying to check the root causes for the above crsd.log ..unable to bringin the ora.database.db crs resource into CRS control.

SRVCTL cannot STOP or START database on one node.

**** SQLPLUS can start and stop the database without any issues but srvctl unble to start or stop DB resource and Status Shows : UNKNOWN ****

[oracle@<hostname>~]$ srvctl start instance -d <DBNAME> -i INTS1
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.<DBNAME>.db
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.<DBNAME>.db on node <hostname>
CRS-2680: Clean of 'ora.<DBNAME>.db' on '<hostname>' failed
CRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process
