iSupport R12.1.3 - How to setup iSupport home page to customers/guests to access outside

Hi Friends,

Can you please let me know that how we can access the hope page  customers/guests in public networks.

I see the below syntax and tried but not able to access the page in public/outside.

http://<host>: <port>/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp

Example : http://abcdrfdev.globalerp.xyz.com:1234/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp

I tried the above URL by passing the host with port number but p[age not opening.   I am trying to access the above page in public network and not able to access.

Can you please guide me what needs to be done to access the page by customers outside.
