During Fluid Benefit Enrollment Found Employees Fail to Submit the Enrollment
During our annual benefit enrollment using the new Fluid Benefit Enrollment functionality we had a bunch of employees that did not hit the Submit Enrollment button after they finished their enrollment. So we had to send numerous emails to these employees instructing them to go into the system and submit their enrollment so the changes would be saved. Part of the issue I believe is where the button is located but I was wondering whether anyone else has run into this issue in using the new Fluid Benefit Enrollment functionality and what was done to ensure that employee submits their
