TAX960US box 14 totals overstated

Has anyone had issues with the W2 box totals on the W2 print process Tax960US.out? New with Tax update 19-D for XMLP/BI forms PeopleSoft added overflow pages for employees with more than four box 14 items. I have two employees with overflow pages both 14Z, the Box 14Z total on the report is higher than the total for box 14Z on PS_YE_AMOUNTS by the sum of these two employees overflow numbers. I remember the total on the report would be lower than expected if you had employees where box 14 items did not print on the W2 form because of
