Running W2 pdf forms by company but PDF contains all companies and is too big to open

I am trying to run W2 pdf forms by company in 9.2 in Create W-2 PDF Forms, but when I select one company and run it, the pdf that generates contains all companies and is too big to open. Has anyone else had this issue?
