EM 13.3 stig compliance shows "Not Completed" for violation details

I just installed EM 13.3 and setup the database stig compliance for my 12.2 databases.  I associated a target, looks like it found violations but when I go to the specific stig rule with violations it shows Event Details, Guided Resolution, but no Violation Details (Details Not Completed).  I was expecting the output of a query of something to show me where the stig was violated.  What am I missing?  a configuration item perhaps?
