Time dependent routing - start-time & end-time

Hello all,

I'd need to configure a time dependent black list that must be valid every day from 11pm till 5am next day. The BL works but I have to configure it twice - there must be two PAs. First one 2300 - 2400 and the second one 00:00 - 05:00. Pls tell me it's some kind of a bug and I dont have to configure two PAs for each LP.

I have 300+ LPs:(:(.
