Previous year (2018) on the EFW2 Mag Media file

The Printed W2s have the correct year and data but the EFW2 Mag Media file has 2018 information.  I looked in the F07830 table and the 2018 data is duplicated (last year and this year's process).  

Can someone advise on how to correct the Mag Media file to represent the current year (2019) and data?

Should the process be reset?
