2020 Form W-4 - Remove Amounts in Step 3

In the new form, on Step 3 Claim Dependents, employees are unable to remove the amount intuitively.

To remove the amount, the employee will need to put in the exact amount that is in the "Total" box in the "Other tax credits box". Then hit enter. Once the page has observed the change you can change the amount in "Other tax credits" to 0. Then hit enter again. This will zero out the amount for all the tax credits in the Dependent segment.

We have received lots of calls from our employees. I am wondering if Oracle is going to change this design to make it more user friendly.
