W-4 Tax Form Change - Has the new pdf been delivered?

We are still in process of preparing for the W-4 changes.

We loaded the new tax tables and updated our test systems with all the related patches for Payroll for NA related to the Tax Updates.

Having problems accessing the new W-4 form for the end-user in self-service.

For the test, the employee's Federal Tax Data screen has a row with an effective date of 1/03/2020.

The form selection is for 2020 (new form).  The new form fields are displayed in this classic screen and could be used by payroll to enter for the end-user. 

--When the end-user logs in and accesses the W-4 information screen, he still sees the older W-4 form.
