API for ARCALATM Generate Late Charges

Running R12.1.3 11.2.0.4db on 64bit SLES11

Oracle Dev via an SR, has identified a late charge computation  issue/bug with the Generate Late charge program in certain scenario when the Operating Unit is not passed. Hence it has been determined that  for our business scenario, is  a requirement that the Operating unit is passed .

We have 13 Operating Units. Using a responsibility with MOAC Security Profile,  user used to run the Generate Late charges program ARCALATM once in draft mode and once in Final mode keeping the Operating Unit blank - the conc programs ARCALATM, ARCALATE and ARLCRPT ran once per mode  for all the 13 Operating Units.
