"space background task latch" few concurrent sessions

Hi,

I have a DB with few concurrent app users. i'm troubleshooting a problem an i generated an ASH report and AWR report. when I looked at the report i see that there is a high number for "

space background task latch

ktsj_grab_task

Does anybody know what this Latch name is associated with ?
