Last Service Date and PM Scheduling
I have a query regarding the Last Service Date recorded against PM Activities and how they apply to the Scheduling Options for 'Scheduled Start Date'.
We use the 'Scheduled Start Date' to calculate the forecasts for our PM Schedules for approximately 10 Machines the business maintains.
My understanding is that for the 'Last Service Date' to update against an Activity within a PM Schedule, is for a Work Order for that Activity to be 'Completed'.
It is also my understanding that the PM Schedule takes the last service date for the 'last completed' activity to use as the Scheduled Start Date for calculating the forecast under scheduling options.
